beadLOCK Tenon Joinery System - Make mortise & tenon joints with just a hand drill

Many woodworkers avoid making traditional mortise and tenon joints because they feel they either lack the skill or the money to invest in equipment. With the beadLOCK System, you can make strong mortise and tenon joints, simply, quickly, and very inexpensively, with just a hand drill.

Mortise and tenon joints are stronger than dowels, biscuits, or simple glued joints, and because of the innovative multi-arc shape of the beadLOCK joint, more gluing surface is available. This makes beadLOCK joints even stronger than traditional mortise and tenon joinery. Need to make extra deep joints? No problem. With beadLOCK the depth is only limited by the length the drill bit.

Use the 3/8" beadLock for smaller projects such as traditional cabinet doors (also great for reinforcing cope and rail joinery), face frames, and chair construction. Use the 1/2" kit for larger projects like home doors, large table legs, and headboards. Need to use dowel joinery for special applications? beadLOCK works as a doweling jig too.
