Hart Design 1/4" Half-Blind Dovetail Templates

1/4" Half-Blind Dovetail Templates for GFK1200 & GFK1800 Jigs

CNC machined from 1/4” thick aluminum, these templates for our Hart Design GFK1200 and GFK1800 dovetail jigs provide dependable accuracy and will stand up to years of hard use. Much stiffer than plastic templates, they will not flex and ruin projects. These templates will do both 1/4” half-blind and 1/4" rabbeted half-blind dovetails. Be sure to pick the correct size template for your model. 12" template is fully comaptible with the Porter-Cable 4112 dovetail jig.

NOTE: The templates use a 1/4" diameter x 8 degree dovetail bit (RD8250), a 5/16" OD guide bushing (46529), and a guide busing lock nut (37923). The bit, bushing, and lock nut required for these templates is the same for both jigs, and are sold separately. USA
