Cuts full thickness profile in a single pass. Bit has an adjustable cutting length to simultaneously create a top and bottom round over on materials of different thickness. Add or remove shims (included) to adjust length.
Includes 7/8" OD center pilot bearing (#RB5) for flush round over. Use a #RB20 bearing for 1/16" deep bead. Use a #RB27 bearing for a 1/8" deep bead. #RB20 and #RB27 bearings sold separately. Maximum spread between the top and bottom of fully shimmed cutters is 1-5/8".
