Over the years Crown lathe tools have proven themselves the equal or better of any of the main line brands in terms of performance with the added benefit of usually being less expensive. Consequently they represent one of the better lathe tool values on the market.

The blades are made from M2 High Speed Steel (HSS) and are hardened to Rockwell 62-64, thus giving them excellent edge holding ability. Blades are mounted in 8-1/2" stained beech handles. Blades range in length from 6-1/4" to 7-1/4" long. Sheffield, England.

8 Pc. Crown Set: Includes a 3/4" Roughing Gouge, 1/4" Spindle Gouge, 1/2" Spindle Gouge, 1/4" Parting Tool, 1" Square End Scraper, 3/4" Round Scraper, 1/2" Skew, and 1" Skew. Great Buy!
