Produce smooth threaded wooden clamps, vises, and unique gift items with this simple wood threading system! Using a solid carbide router bit, the Beall Wood Threader mills the male threads precisely. Mount your router to the jig, feed dowel stock through the self-guiding insert, and cut male threads in hard wood like butter - with no torn threads. Matching hand tap for female threads included.

Kits Include: jig, hardware, router bit, insert(s), tap(s) and instructions.
3 Size Kit Includes: 1/2", 3/4" & 1".
Oversize Sets (1-1/4" & 1-1/2") are super for heavy applications such as presses and workbench vises.
Optional Nut Template Guide is a very handy pattern for creating several sizes of wooden hex nuts.
